Plan
The date, the place and the must-have moments: the walk-in, the drill, the big play, the brand in frame.

Show up early
Scout the light and the angles before warm-ups, so nothing important happens off camera.

Shoot
Photo and video in the same session, moving with the athlete instead of stopping them.

Deliver
Vertical reels first, while the moment is still live, then the full edit and the photo set.
